Today, with ever-increasing protection for consumers a major concern, and in light of current laws, policies, and procedures regarding disclosure, it i the duty of real estate professionals to inform both Sellers and Buyers about the advantages of Home Protection Plans and Buyer's Home Inspections. Home Protection Plans protect the Buyer's major investment beginning immediately upon close of escrow. The plans cover major mechanical systems in the home as well as certain major appliances.
